What is Resilience At Work—Online?

We’re now offering Resilience At Work as an open enrollment program! It is the same program we have taught privately to many companies globally, now available for all individuals to take. And it will be taught directly by our CEO and founder, Colin Pal.

Resilience At Work Online is a 10-week evidence-based skills building program designed to give you practical tools for developing the 10 Adaptive Resilience Skills along with the coaching to help you integrate these tools into your personal and work life.

Colin Pal

Colin is a meditation & breathwork teacher, an embodied leadership coach, and always a friend. Colin works with executives and leaders, helping them trade chaos for moments of pause and presence, so that they may live courageously in alignment with their expression of love and service to the world. He blends his wisdom in mindfulness and somatic work to create immersive experiences inviting you to change your relationship to your self, to others, and to your work.

Once tethered to a life of chasing achievements and outsourcing his self worth, he now intimately understands what it means to heal from the inside out. Colin believes that everyone is their own medicine and that the greatest form of leadership starts with personal leadership.
